He is survived by: his wife Sharon Rainey of Lake Butler; his children, Michael Long of Lake Butler, Sherry Paul (Hector) of Metter, GA, Jeffery Rainey of Lake Butler and Chris Rainey (Deana) of Lake Butler; and his siblings, Gerald "Buddy" Rainey (Debra) of Arizona, Hank Rainey (Sandra) of Lake Butler, Joyce Alvarez (Jimmy) of Starke, Mary Loy (Donald) of Avon Park and Linda Purdue of Olustee. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
