She is survived by: her daughter Christie Phillips (Carlos) of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Aliya Perry, Alonzo Perry and Jaquez Hendrieth; her great grandchildren, Mali'ki, Lovette Vega, Kaliah Hendrieth, Ezaryah and Zyrah Perry; and her brothers, Mitchell Powell (Eva) and Terry Powell (Tammy).
