He is survived by: his sisters, Teresa Johns, Mary Lee O'Steen and Sue Stalnaker (David); his nephews, Johnny O'Steen, Joey O'Steen (Frankie), Chris Stalnaker (Amy) and Chad Stalnaker (Cailyn); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler O'Steen, Jadee O'Steen, Jake O'Steen, Paislee Stalnaker and Sawyer Stalnaker; and his close friend Gail Sheppard.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to either St. Jude's Children's Hospital or First Christian Church, Lake Butler.
