He was predeceased by: his wife OmiGene Crawford; and his parents, Victor Nicholas and Margaret Theresa Lukatz of Cincinnati. He is survived by: his children, Corinna Lukatz-Rambo (Vince) of Lake Butler and Robert Lukatz, Jr. of Lake Butler; and his siblings, Victor Lukatz (Barbara), Vanessa Thiele (Greg) and Susan Mercer of Cincinatti. He is also survived by five grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
