He is survived by: his wife Nancy Powell Bivins of Lake Butler; his son Brandon Bivins (Erika) of Lake Butler; his brother Dale Bivins (Sandra) of Lake Butler; his grandsons, Maeson Bivins of Lake Butler and Aedan Bivins of South Carolina; his nieces and nephews, Stephen Bivins of Lake Butler, Stephanie Bivins of Lake Butler, Peyton Powell of Lake Butler, Stephanie Powell of New Orleans, Tate Powell, Jr. of Big Canoe, GA, Whitney Oden of Glen St, Abby Park of Callahan, David Powell (Lisa) of Lake Butler and Jonathan Powell (Linda) of Big Canoe, GA; and his parents-in-law, Martha Powell of Lake Butler and Ray Powell of Lake City.
