He is survived by: his wife Danita Crews; his children, Anna-Marie Carra Kirby (Keith) of Lake Butler, Amanda Rae Crews of Lake Butler and Austin Taylor Crews of Lake Butler; his grandchildren, Raegyn Kirby, Morgyn Kirby, Daelan Courson, Keigyn Lexi Kirby, Kynleigh Hurst and Kannon Hurst; his sister Linda Taylor (Frank) of Macclenny; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Crews-Hall of Lake City. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
