She was predeceased by: her husband J. C. Parrish; and her children, J. C. Parrish, Jr., Julie Williams and James Parrish. She is survived by: her sons, Clayton Parrish (Mary) and Ronnie Parrish (Janet); her son-in-law Deryl Williams; her brother-in-law Charles Parrish; and her sisters, Claudia Avery and Mary Padgett. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
