He is survived by: his parents, Melvin Douglas, Sr. and Jacklyn Pettitt; his siblings, Joyce Elixson (Ernie), Leanne Mahoney (Sean) and Phillip Roop; his nieces and nephews, Destiny Kangas, Jaycee Elixson, Kayleigh Roop, Lexi Mahoney, Logan Elixson, Kayden Wilson, Baylor Mahoney and Jacob Mahoney; and his great-nieces, Stella and Brooklyn Kangas.
