She was predeceased by: her parent Lonzo Evans; and her brother Stephen Evans. She is survived by: her mother Mary Witt Evans of Lake City, FL; her children, Megan Futch (Brandon) of Lake Butler, FL, McKenzie Mobley of Lake Butler, FL, Silas Wilson of Jacksonville, FL and Celeste Burlingame (Coleman) of Lake City, FL; her grandchildren, Finnley, Gunner and Coleson; and her niece Samantha Moon (Chris) of Lake City, FL.
