She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeraline Akers, Jr. and John Akers, Jr.; her brother Buddy (William); and her niece Wendy. She is survived by: her siblings, Ane-Elise Worthington of Lake Butler, Susan Bell (Millard) of Lake Butler, Sherry Barnett (Doug) of Lake Butler, Stewart Kirby Akers of Crystal River and John Russell Akers III (Dorinda) of Old Town; her nieces and nephews, Macee, Callie, Jake, Emily, Matthew, John, Victoria, Anna, Jesstin, Jessica, Miranda, Chuck, Jed, Doug, Ashley and Ryan; and her aunts, Althea NesSmith and Marie Lewis.
