She is survived by: her father Charles Acy McCormick; her husband Danny Fouraker of Lake Butler, FL; her daughter Jessica Rawlins (Jonathan); her granddaughters, Stephanie Day (Josiah), Alissa Rawlins of Salina, KS and Haleigh Brannen (Seth) of Callahan, FL; and her brothers, Wilford McCormick (Sandra) of Jacksonville, FL and Cedric McCormick of Macclenny, FL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many extended family.
