He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Hampton Parrish and Nina Whitehead Parrish Greene; his daughter Cynthia Priscilla Fulford; his great grandchild Autumn Hope Lumley; and his sisters, JoAnn Bennett and Peggy Baker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammie Griffin (Willie), Angela Parrish and Amy Swanson; and his sisters, Agnes Sapp (Bob), Alice Brooks (Bert), Jesse Starling (Marty), Carolyn Easter (Billy) and Marcy Johns (Mike). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
