He was predeceased by: his parents, H. H. Plotts, Sr. and Eleanor Spofford Plotts; and his nephew Michael Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Liz Plotts; his brother Randy Plotts; his daughters, Cindy DiMarco (Charles DiMarco) and Cathy Wheeler (Bart Wheeler); and his grandsons, C. J. DiMarco and Colin DiMarco.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sardis Baptist Church (3915 Main St, Worthington Springs, FL 32697).
