He is survived by: his daughters, Kendra Leann Smith of White Springs and Kirsten Gail Smith of Lake Butler; his parents, Henton Dale Smith, Sr. of Providence and Gail Adams of Kissimmee; his brother Aaron Smith (Tracy) of Lake Butler; his girlfriend Amanda Crews of Lake Butler; his girlfriend's son Jacob; and also Kolby Smith.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Archer-Milton Funeral Home (55 N Lake Ave, Lake Butler, FL 32054).
