He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Roberts Fortner of Gainesville, FL; his son Chris Fortner (Michelle) of Gainesville, FL; his grandchildren, Chad Robertson, Mikael Allen, Dayne Allen, Lexie Fortner, Michael Fortner and Cameron Fortner; his great grandchildren, Jhakael Allen, Kelsey Allen, Kaylin Robertson and Ley Robertson; his siblings, Barbara Murphy (Kenneth) of Alachua, FL, Kathy Seay (Fate) of Trenton, FL and Thomas Fortner (Patsy) of Lake Butler, FL; and his son-in-law Chesley Robertson of Lake Butler, FL.
