He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary "Betty" Nettles; his nieces and nephews, Sharlynn "Shary", Gene Gordon, Chris Gordon, Ayden Gordon, Clarissa and Blaise Thaw; and his friends, Samantha Brooks (Billy) and Beth Boone (Bob).
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Elzey Chapel Cemetery (13372 SW 52nd St, Lake Butler, FL 32054).
