He is survived by: his wife Sandra Smith Bivins; his children, Stephanie Bivins and Stephen Bivins (Ginny); his grandchildren, Garrett, Alyssa, Chesley, Gavin, Mila and Charlee; his great grandchildren, Kashton, Kaleb, Kaden and Brooks; his uncle Melvin Crawford; his nephew Brandon Bivins; and his niece Lora Williams. He is also survived by his family and friends.
