He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Ardel and Nancy Bennett Crawford; his wife Evelyn Alice Crawford; and his grandchildren, Katherine Alice Miller, DeAiré Montez Miller, Alma Earle Miller, Eric Lewis Dalrymple and Kristen Renee Holmes.
He is survived by: his children, Bryan Turner (Mary), Billy "Darrell" Crawford (Alice), Cynthia "Diane" Crawford (Alvin), Sharon Marrero (Robert), Stacy Crawford (Laura), Denise McDonald (Mack) and Kelly Holmes (Joe); and his siblings, Bobby Crawford (Bernice Jean) and Betty Burnsed. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
