She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Jeffery and Roy Jeffery; and her brother Bob Jeffery. She is survived by: her husband Howie Williams of Fairfield Glade; her daughter Kimberly Mills (Jonathan) of Wilmington, Delaware; and her grandchildren, MacKenzie Mills and Wesley Mills.
