She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Jaggers and Mary Catherine Jaggers. She is survived by: her brother Frank G. Jaggers (Susanne S.). She is also survived by eight nieces and six nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to hospice in Mildred's memory.
