She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur J. Hoffman and Myra L. Hoffman; and her husband James A. Meikle. She is survived by: her brothers, Richard Hoffman (Cheryl) of Tucson and Timothy Hoffman (Linda Christianson) of Fernandina Beach, Florida; her children, Julie Karelin (Brian Ulrich) of Mechanicsville, Virginia and Ryan Meikle (Nicole) of Medina, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Brenden, Nathan Meikle and Nadia Karelin.
