She is survived by: her sons, Alan Harris Powell (Rebecca) of Kernersville, NC and Burt Edward Powell (Leslie); her brother James Alvis Cheek, Jr. (Patricia) of Yanceyville, NC; her brother-in-law William Todd, Jr. of Roanoke, VA; her granddaughter Nicole Crane; her great grandchildren, Luke, Noah and Jonathan; her grandson Steven Crane (Crystal); her great grandchildren, Steven, Jr., Jeremiah and Joey; her grandson Brandon Connors (Molly); and her great grandchildren, Olivia and Nolan.
