He is survived by: his wife Linda Simon; his children, Deborah Lisa Burke (Brian) and Evan Buxbaum; his grandchildren, Naia Buxbaum, Gabe, Rook and Aiden Vergen; his brother Steve Buxbaum (Gloria); his siblings-in-law, Robert Strickland (Jenny) and Joyce Strickland; his stepson Keith Simon (Christine); his stepgrandchildren, Nathan, Madeline, Sammy and Luke; and his stepdaughter Christina Simon (Clay Grier).
