He was predeceased by: his son William Keith Murphy; his parents, James P. McGlue and Bridget McGlue; and his siblings, Anne, Francis and William.
He is survived by: his wife Dottie; his children, Susan (Jack), Jimmy (Maryanne), Mark (Cathy) and David; and his brothers, Edward (Patricia) and John (Ann). He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren and 18 Great-grandchildren.
