He is survived by: his children, Terrie Hoehn (Mike), Laura Brickey, Donna Robinson (Rick), Joe Ulrich (Diane), Tina LePage (Randy) and Thomas Ulrich (Jaime); his former spouses, Ginny Kaufman Stack (Ginny), Cindy Vanetti, Jeff Stack and Greg Stack; and his spouse Andrew Stack. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
