He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine; and his daughters, Susan, Vicki and Terry. He is survived by: his son-in-law William Lamphier; and his grandchildren, Tracie Vernon, Dawn (John Jacobson), Mary Catherine Holdener, Christina (Sean Wells), Jessica (John Leipfert) and Thomas W Holdener Jr.. He is also survived by 3 great granddaughters, 6 great grandsons and 2 great great granddaughters.
