It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Whitby (Lady Lake, Florida), who passed away on October 14, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Ward and Maretta Ward; and her siblings, John Ward, Cletus Ward, Marionlewis Ward and Doris Thompson.
She is survived by: her husband Russell Walton Whitby Sr.; her children, Christina Devine (Eddie) of Sharpe, KY, Judy Crider (Chris) of The Villages, FL, Laura Whitby of Indianapolis, IN, Katherine Mulcahy (Khayyam) of Benton, KY and Russell Whitby Jr. of Wingo, KY; her siblings, Paul Ward, Joe Ward, Phyllis Bouland and Patricia Croley; and her grandchildren, Angela Toon, Kristin Hamlin, MarKevin Crider, Andrew Crider, Kirklin Crider, Chris Chappell, Josh Massey, Sarah Welch, Dakota Ellis, Mason Devine, Blake Devine, Allyson Whitby and Austin Whitby. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
