He was predeceased by: his mother Susie Louise Dove; his former wife Dorothy Dove; his father Arnold Dove; his daughter Christina Dove; and his siblings, Dewey Dove, Claude Dove, William "Bill" Dove, John Dove, Jimmy Dove and Bertha Dove Boscanio.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Dove; his children, Theresa Mather, Ann Dove and Justice "Bubba" Chessher; and his sisters, Betty Goodwin and Bonita Childers (Wayne). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
