Cramer, Ronda Polk, Jason Eric, Amy Polk and John Kelby Polk; his siblings, Roy Polk, Flo Alford and May Lyons; and his daughter Susie Polk Alford. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
