He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Schoenwald and Herman Schoenwald; and his brother Herman Schoenwald. He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Powell; his wife Swea Nightingale; his daughter Erika Afeman (Bj); his grandchildren, Avery and Benjamin; his daughter Karyn Godsman (David); his grandchildren, Anna, Cameron and Griffin; his sister-in-law Joan Schoenwald; and his nieces and nephews, Cathy Doughty, Carl Schoenwald, Christine Payne and Clare Schoenwald.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Mark's name to the Caloosa Humane Society of La Belle, FL.
