McNeil; his sons, Craig McNeil (Gailyn), Dwayne McNeil (Wendy) and Eric McNeil; his grandchildren, Anyae, Dwayne Jr., Jahsany, Isabelle and Savonne; his siblings, Harriet McNeil, James McNeil (Guerdha), Phillip McNeil (Betty), Albertha Edwards (Lewis), Isaiah McNeil, Richard McNeil (Carolyn), Gardenia Pierre (Ronel), Charles McNeil (Lystra), Alvin McNeil (Sharon), Ruth Howard (Gerald), Ada Dixon (Roy), Joshua McNeil (Jessica) and Dorothy McDonald; and his in-laws, Lenard Baxter (RoseAnn), Phillip Collins (Ann), Harold Collins, Margaret Baxter, Daisy Baxter and Eartha Collins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
