He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Horn and Johnnie Faye Horn (Hand). He is survived by: his children, Keith Edward Horn, Jr., Alexis Horn and Ceciley Horn; his granddaughter Brayley Cromer (Pee Paw); and his siblings, Teresa Stone (David) and Bobby Horn. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Humane Society, in memory of Keith's love of animals.
