He is survived by: his wife Melanie Dawn Swart of St. Cloud, FL; his children, Lori Swart McDonald (Edward) of Easton, MD, Kelly Baumruk (Andy) of St. Cloud, FL, Bryan James Swart (Erika) of Winter Garden, FL, Andrew Scott McCoy of St. Cloud, FL and David R. Wiley, Jr. (Melissa) of Oviedo, FL; his stepson Dustin Gassert (Lola) of Franklin, TN; his siblings, Tom Swart (Judy) of Golden, CO and MaryLou Sivigliano of Erie, CO; and his grandchildren, Kirsten Baumruk, Madison Brandt, Luke Baumruk, Ella Wiley, Gabrielle Swart, Emma Wiley, Olivia Swart, Madelyn Jane Swart, Ava Gassert, Draden Gassert, Daxton Gassert, Dayson Gassert, Dezmen Gassert and Deegan Gassert. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Life Church (2874 E Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34744). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
