With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carolyn M. Pancake of Kissimmee, Florida, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Carolyn left this world on February 16, 2025 at the age of 75, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Grigsby and Betty Grigsby (Claytor). She is survived by: her husband Bill Pancake of Kissimmee, FL; her children, Laura M. Moody (Vance) of Kissimmee, FL, Cindy L. Gray (Todd) of Bell, FL, Scott Pancake (Pamela) of Chuluota, FL, Brian Pancake (Jennifer) of St. Cloud, FL and Matthew L. Pancake (Gina) of Kissimmee, FL; and her siblings, Janet K. Hawkins (Gene) of Toledo, OH, Brenda S. Vernelson (Ronald) of Kissimmee, FL, Cissy Padgett (Bill) of Soldotna, AK and Greg Grigsby (Cindy) of Meridian, ID.. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Life Church (2269 Partin Settlement Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34744). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
