Baxter of Kissimmee, Florida; her children, James Christopher Baxter (Janet) of Kissimmee, Florida, Cynthia Lynn Baxter of Cortez and Nancy Rochelle WIlliams (Todd) of Sarasota, Florida; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Makinson of Homosassa and Mary Faith Fernandez of Clearwater, Florida.. She is also survived by three loving grandchildren.
