He is survived by: his wife Lori Fagan of Keystone Heights; his children, Timothy Kyle Fagan (Amber), Tyne Korey Bryant (Justin), Eva Montgomery and William Myers; and his siblings, Buddy Fagan (Carrie), Mary Walker, Jerry Schofield (Betty) and Terry Schofield (Jennifer).
