We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Tammy Lynn Ratliff of Keystone Heights, Florida, born in Jacksonville, Florida. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Carolyn Rebecca Hinds (Ross). She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Ratliff; her daughter Tiffany (Adam Coleman); her father Kenneth Hinds, Sr.; her siblings, Connie Stophel of Jacksonville, Lawrence Hinds of Keystone Heights, Richard Hinds of Keystone Heights and Kenneth Hinds, Jr. of Keystone Heights; and her grandson Ayden Thomas.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorial donations made to haven Hospice, 6400 St. Johns Ave., Palatka, FL 32177.
