She is survived by: her husband David Knapp of Keystone Heights; her children, Tammy Kihlstadius of Keystone Heights, Kelly Forehand of Keystone Heights and Jack Knapp of Jacksonville; and her siblings, Elizabeth, Katherine and Zachary. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
