She was predeceased by: her father Michael Jennings Murrhee Jr.; and her grandmothers, Georgia Walker Murrhee and Eleanor Prevatt Loner. She is survived by: her spouse Trae Jolley; her mother Robyn Loner McInerny; her parents-in-law, Travis and Kim Jolley; and her siblings, Dana Brock (Greg), Tori Hughes (Shane), Michael Jennings Murrhee Jr. and Tyler Jolley (Miranda). She is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has created a memorial fund entitled Nikki's "Jolley" Fund.
