He was predeceased by: his brother John James Riggs, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, John Sr and Arda Riggs Sr. (Heibein); his wife Vicki Riggs (Burke); his daughters, Nikki Riggs of Keystone Heights and Shannon Wheat (Joshua) of Keystone Heights; and his brothers, William James Riggs of Munith and Dennis Bare of Ypsilanti.
