She is survived by: her mother Rosalie Spencer Canady; her husband David Calvin Church; her sisters, Patricia Wilson and Judith Wilson (David Church); her children, David Church II, Jonathan Church and Sarah Church Whitehead; her children-in-law, Amanda Turk Church, Lindsay Mckibben Church and Mikell Whitehead; and her grandchildren, Luke Church, Layla Church, Ethan Church and Emma Church.
