She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Mary Williams; her children, Victor Williams, Regina Williams Marten and Rachelle; and her grandchildren, Katrina Williams, James Earl Williams, Jr. and Tracy Richey. She was also cherished by Mom has 15 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
