She was predeceased by: her parents, Rafe Manning and Eva Manning (Norman); her husband Roy D. Powers; her sons, Terry Paul Powers and Robert Kenneth Powers; and her siblings, J. W., Froe, Marvin, Kenny, Effie, Daisy, Marie and Frances.
She is survived by: her daughter Angela White of Keystone Heights; and her grandchildren, Rodney, Lisa, Monica, Amy, Nick and Paul.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
