She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth John Flanders Sr.; and her parents, Florence Ann Cargan and Rodney Woodman Elsemore Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Judy Flanders Upton, Laurie Flanders Lescoe, Kenneth Flanders Jr., Kathy Yarchak (Joe), Jamie Flanders Sypher, John Flanders (Chessie) and Ray Flanders (Tamara); her grandchildren, Michael Upton (Kevin), Jennifer Lescoe (Francisco), Jeffery Lescoe (Sandy), Ryan Flanders, Amanda Slater (Josh), Jessica Eubanks (Corey), Lauren Bundy (Dane), Tony Krapf (Kristen), Kristy Cornell, Mark Sypher Jr., Corey Flanders (Chelsea), Dalton Flanders (Harli), Landon Flanders, Tiffany Kite (Troy), Whitney Flanders (Whitney) and Trinity Flanders; her siblings, Karol Lagasse, Roger Elsemore and Rodney W. Elsemore Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Elsemore and Joseph Lagasse. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fresh Start Fellowship Church (7191 State Rd 21, Keystone Heights, FL 32656).
