Dowling-Adkins (Shelby) of Starke, FL; and her grandchildren, Tarah N. Palancar (Greg), Jeremy R. Norris (Elizabeth), Joshua Bruce Norris, Samuel Jacob Norris (Heather), Tara Lynn Curtis, John Clancey, Megan Elizabeth Buckman, Devin Dowling (Ashlin), Kendall Woodlands, Kristin Woodlands, Alyssa Marie Wallace, Justice Adkins and Kathryn Adkins. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and extended family.
