He was predeceased by: his parents, Vance Winter and Ethel Winter; and his brothers, William V. Winter and Joseph P. Winter. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Williams Winter; and his children, James Glenn Winter, Jr. (Vicki), Stephanie Gordon and Teresa Pugh (Keith). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and twenty-eight great grandchildren.
