He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul and Mary (Harrell); his granddaughter Shawn Ricketson; his brother Paul Phillips; his spouse Louise Phillips (Smith) of Keystone Heights; his daughters, Darlene Ricketson (Chris) of Jacksonville, Linda Sterling Reynolds (Wayne) of St. Augustine and Inez Smith of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Chloe Ricketson, Dayvin Sterling and Gabriel Sterling; and his great grandchildren, Kayla, Jaxon, Henry, Zachary, Eliana, Arya, Michael and Sadie. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and a host of extended family members and friends.
