He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fredie Babcock and Helen Babcock; his wife Elizabeth Babcock; his sisters, Mary Lancaster and Charlene Babcock; his son Thomas Babcock (Sarah); his grandchildren, Tanner, Kaiden and Brayden; and his sisters, Tammy Limbaugh, Kathy Bernier and Linda Kizzer.
