He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Frank D. and Faith Smith (Scripture). He is survived by: his wife Cherylbeth (Hall) of Keystone Heights; his daughter Marcia Smith of Nicholasville; and his siblings, Rev. Lawrence A. Smith of Durham and Amy Hauser of Wilkesboro.
