She was predeceased by: her parents, Morgan Prevatt and Thelma Prevatt; her sons, Charles Ray Vlacos and George Edwin Vlacos; and her granddaughter Christine Vlacos.
She is survived by: her brother Jackie Goolsby (Frances); her children, John Douglas Vlacos (Bonnie), Mary Elizabeth Vlacos and Billy Franklin Vlacos; and her grandchildren, Angi Brannan (Ronnie), Michelle Knight, Tina Andrews (Mark), Micheal Miller (Ginger), Dianne Miller (Andy), Joseph Vlacos, Wendy Vlacos, Taylor Hager (Peter) and Rachel Vlacos. She is also survived by Eleven Great Grandchildren and Six Great Great Grandchildren and one Great Great Grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fraser Funeral Home Chapel (8168 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32221). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at the Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery (7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205).
